Description
Annette and her father were close; they shared many things in common. On his deathbed, she brought him his constant companion, his dog, for comfort in his final days. At the moment of his passing, his spirit is transported into the one and only puppy she is carrying. Grief-stricken, Annette leaves home and takes the puppy with her, and soon realizes the little dog can do things that dogs aren't supposed to do. Phoebe, the magical dog, proceeds to influence many situations that would otherwise not have turned out well, not only for Annette, but for everyone around her after she settles in San Diego, CA.
